Pet Memorial Custom Garden Bench    
 Pet Memorial Bench:

 

  1. Place your custom text in the fields below complete with punctuation and capitalization.  Whatever font is your current default font, that font will appear in the fields.  Each field is limited to a certain number of characters. 

  2. Choose your favorite font from our list of available fonts.

  3. Choose your pet's breed under 'Dog' or 'Cat'.

  4. Enter the dates as you want them to appear.  (Years only please.)

  5. Enter Billing and Shipping information.

  6. Click 'Submit'.

After you submit your order, you will be taken to the Confirmation Page where you can confirm your order and pay for your bench.  Once you have given us your proof approval, we will send your bench to production.  It normally takes about 3 weeks from proof approval to completion. When your Pet Memorial is ready, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

We ship UPS or FedEx. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Pet memorial bench with 3 lines of text is $250.00 as shown in the example.  Flat Rate shipping and handling fee is $58.00.

To Submit Your Own Dog or Cat Photo, please Email your photo separately from this form being certain that we have your complete name and billing address to locate the order. Artwork fee is $35.00 per hour minimum.  Please submit only 'head shots' saved as .psd (Photoshop) or Vector files if possible.  We will send you a separate invoice via PayPal for the artwork once you approve the charge.
